Ah well this is just work in progress but I got stuck ^__^. I'm trying to improve my photomanipulation skills ,so any suggestions are very much welcome 
I tried to paint the hair with my tablet but kinda I think that it looks odd and the lightning too.
Want to try this painted look stuff,but can't find any suitable tutorials
